1. Community Standards
We maintain a positive, inclusive community. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and toxic behavior are strictly prohibited. All users must treat others with respect in reviews, leaderboards, and community interactions.
2. Prohibited Content
Games and user content must not contain violence glorification, adult content, malware, phishing, or illegal material. Submissions promoting hate, self-harm, or dangerous activities will be removed immediately.
3. User Conduct
Users must not exploit bugs, use bots to inflate scores, spam reviews, or impersonate others. Fair play and honest engagement are required across all platform features including VS boards and leaderboards.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share accounts. Report unauthorized access immediately. We use SSL encryption and secure session management to protect your data.
5. Content Quality
All published games must be functional, load properly across major browsers, and provide a complete playable experience. Broken, misleading, or low-effort submissions will not be approved.
6. Intellectual Property
Developers must own or have rights to all assets in their games. Plagiarism and unauthorized use of copyrighted material is prohibited. DMCA takedown requests are processed within 48 hours.
7. Developer Responsibilities
Publishers must provide accurate game descriptions, appropriate age ratings, and maintain their games. Updates require re-verification. Developers must comply with all monetization and content guidelines.
8. Reporting & Enforcement
Users can report violations via our contact form. We review reports within 24-48 hours. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, or permanent account suspension depending on severity.
9. Age Restrictions
Users must be 13+ for standard accounts. Users under 13 require parent-managed accounts with daily play timers. Age-restricted games must be clearly labeled with appropriate content ratings (E, T, M).
10. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be announced via email and platform notifications. Continued use of PlayByT after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
