1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, playing games, uploading content, or publishing games on PlayByT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. User Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Users under 13 require parent-managed accounts with restricted features and daily play limits.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities on PlayByT:

• ›Cheating, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities in games or leaderboards
• ›Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or posting sexually explicit content
• ›Uploading malware, spyware, viruses, or unauthorized script exploits
• ›Impersonating other users, moderators, or PlayByT staff members
• ›Using automated bots or scrapers to manipulate views, likes, or scores
• ›Violating copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others

4. User Media Uploads & Gallery Permissions

When using PlayByT mobile or web applications, you may grant permission to access your device Camera and Photo Gallery / Media Storage solely to capture or select profile avatar images, upload gameplay video reels, post community images, or upload developer game assets. PlayByT does not access, scan, or store unselected device media.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their uploaded photos, videos, comments, and profile content. By uploading content to PlayByT, you grant PlayByT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, stream, format, and distribute your content across PlayByT web and mobile applications.

6. Game Publisher Terms & 30% Platform Revenue Share Cut

Independent game developers and publishers who submit HTML5/WebGL games to PlayByT agree to the following publisher terms:

• ›30% Platform Fee Cut: PlayByT retains a 30% platform revenue share cut on all game publishing monetization, in-game sales, and ad revenue generated by published games.
• ›70% Developer Payout: Verified game developers receive 70% of gross earnings generated by their games.
• ›Intellectual Property Ownership: Developers retain 100% copyright and IP ownership of their game code, assets, and trademarks.
• ›Distribution License: Developers grant PlayByT a non-exclusive license to host, display, stream, promote, and distribute the submitted game across PlayByT iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• ›Technical Guidelines: Submitted game packages (ZIP up to 50MB) must be fully functional across mobile and desktop browsers and contain no malicious code or unauthorized tracking scripts.
